Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes after checkout.

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

At launch, Hedy & Em accepts eligible returns for store credit only within the timeframe outlined in our Returns Policy.

Returned merchandise must:

Have original tags attached
Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, perfume, or damage

Sale items, accessories, and Final Sale merchandise are not eligible for return.
